How do I return items?

🌱 Short version
Here is the short version of how to return your order.
Please follow the steps below to return items:
- Mark on the packing list what you want to return. Add the list to the return package
- Please re-use the original box. Include all the original packaging material. We will re-use them :)
- Ship to this address ⬇️

Return shipping costs are not reimbursed. It may take a couple of days after arrival until your returns are processed. As soon as we get confirmation, we will refund the products that you shipped back.
💸 When do I get my money back?
After your return arrives at the warehouse it may take a couple of days to be processed. Once we get the clearance from them, we will refund you. You get an automatic message once this has happened. When you paid with Paypal you usually see the refund directly in your account. With credit card it may take 2-3 business days before the refund is visible. With Sofort it may take up to a week, due to limitations on the side of the payment provider.

Of course shopping online can be tricky. The item is not fitting, you don't love the color or you don't feel comfortable?
No worries! You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
Easiest way is for you to simply return the items you don't like.
🤔 What happens then?
When we got the items back, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
Please understand that we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest.
