We pack and ship each order by ourselves from our showroom in Berlin. We ship orders out on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Normally your order will ship within 1-2 working days.
You get an automated shipping confirmation with your tracking number.
Each parcel gets a tracking number. That means you should be able to find the latest status of your parcel, by using the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email.
Can't find the tracking number? You can also find it in your account: login here. Or signup for a free account with the email you used to place your order. You will find an overview of all your orders here and find the related tracking numbers.

We try to make the returns as easy as possible. Here you can find the full return instructions.
The steps: 1) send the items you don't want back to us in Berlin, 2) we do a short check, 3) you get your money back.

You can also print your order confirmation (that you have received via email). Or you can even just drop a note in the package with your details.
We need to know your name or your order number (e.g. HB#12345). So we can figure out who the return belongs to and refund the right person.
After we have received your returns parcel, we will check the products and then refund you.
Please note it can take up to one week for us to process the incoming returns. You will get a refund confirmation via email, once we have launched the refund from our side.
With most payment methods (Paypal, credit card, Ideal, Bancontact etc.) it takes about 2-3 working days until the money is back in your account. If you paid via Bankdeposit or Sofort it might take up to a week.
You can visit our showroom on appointment only. Please send us a message on Instagram or an email, so we can make sure that we are there.
We are there most days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday for sure in the mornings. We're happy to open for you as well on other days / times!
