Honest Give Aways: Sharing is Caring

Happy Holidays!

December is a special month for all of us. Despite these bizarre times, we are dearly looking forward to this holiday spirit. This season reminds us of what's truly important! No matter if your spending Christmas with your loved ones or cocooning during lockdown, most importantly we focus on sharing love with one another! 

That's why we've planned a month full of giveaways!

From the 1st of December until Christmas eve, we will be raffling an a day via Instagram. And not only for you, but also a second product to share with someone of your choice! 

How to participate? 

• Follow Honest Basics on Instagram!
• Like our post on Instagram!
• Comment on the post by tagging the person you want to share the prize with!

For example: on the first of December we are sharing a post about the basic white t-shirt for women. In case you follow Honest Basics, like the post and respond to it with a comment in which you mention/tag your friend /mom/dad/sister/neighbour, you will automatically participate. 

Every day we will pick a winner (randomly). The winner will be notified by us through a comment. 

What do I win?
Every day we'll pick a winner and notify the winner by mentioning him/her in a comment on the specific post.

For example, on December 2, we will pick a winner among all the participants of December 1st. The winner receives a DM with the question to share the email address to which we can forward the voucher codes. 

The winner will receive two voucher codes, one for you and one for your selected winner-friend. The codes can be used once, for only for te won product. 

When using the voucher code, you can select the size you prefer for the product. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The competition is organized by Honest Basics.
2. Participation is free of charge.
3. By participating, the user agrees with these general terms and conditions.
4. One-time participation per person per day is allowed
5. The giveaway activation runs from December 1, 2020 to December 24, 2020.
6. Every day, Honest Basics will raffle a new prize, which can be responded to 24 hours. Any response after these 24 hours is excluded from participation.
7. Participation takes place when you have responded to an Honest Basics post on Instagram.
8. Participation in promotions is only possible for people aged 18 or older.
9. Honest Basics employees are excluded from participating in promotions.
10. The winners will always be announced by Honest Basics within 48 hours through a comment under the post concerned.
11. Honest Basics is at all times authorized to change promotional conditions or to stop the promotions without stating a reason.

Personal data
12. Personal data of participants are not provided to external parties without consultation.
13. German law applies to all actions.

Winner
14. The winner of an action is chosen by drawing lots in an impartial manner.
15. The winner of a promotion will be announced via the social media channel on which the promotion took place, in this case Instagram.
16. If the winner does not report within one week of announcement, a new winner will be designated.
17. Honest Basics is authorized to exclude persons from participation in the event of unlawful participation or fraud.
18. Participants who have not won a prize will not be notified.
19. It is not possible to exchange the won product for another product of monetary amount.
20. No correspondence can be entered into about the outcome and awarding of the prize.
